@ college night @ mfa, bison. i think i may love bison. anyway, this photo came out unfocused, but i think it adds some to it.
my second boston show also @ paradise. ra ra riot w/ princeton and maps & atlases. it is pretty much hands down my favourite show so far in my life. every single act was effing great. so much love that night.
a friend of a friend who lives on my floor haha and who has been quite helpful and willing to teach me photography stuff helped me figure out which setting might be best to shoot in this sort of setting and my photos have come out freaking better. it also may have been because i was closer.. but still. hahathis hurr is jesse kivel from princeton. he danced a little in 'shout it out' which was uber cute. i still dig the drummer though.
wes miles may have intentionally turned and posed for my camera, but i highly doubt it. i was just lucky that he turned as i was about to click. this photo is great in the since that it clear and i love the background people if anything, but the stupid head on the right i don't know if i like it or not yet and the more and more i see this photo, the more and more i'm not so in love with it. but i still like it.
this is probably my favourite self-portrait done so far.& i really want my record player.
taking photos for dfp & i like this photo b/c it looks like a photojournalistic photo. just wish i got the rest of that girl's head. haha
there be penguins.so i've been making a lot of little friends. no real close friends yet but alls well i suppose. until next pms at least. haha
do you ever see someone and go "i really want to be that person's friend"? and then feel sucky b/c you don't know how to get to be that person's friend.
i got these kick ass boots even though i have 3 pairs of boots already. oops.
it's 11:43 and i should be doing some work so i don't have it all piled up on thursday night. THE OFFICE night.
i need to exercise.
my wall has been decorated a bit. and i like it.
i kinda wish my facebook photo albums weren't the main of my photos. it's kinda sad.

ReplyDelete-wtheck, BISON in boston?!? how are there BISON in boston?? hahahaha that's awesome. i think there's bison in bergen county, at van saun park. we'll make a car trip there sometime. :)
-so jealous that you got to see an awesome show. but so happy for you!! hahahah 3 awesome acts :( so jeal. AND some mathieu santos. hahahaha
-i like the layout of the self-portrait. and yes, record players! ackkk. still need to get one. sigh. i feel like i know that record cover, but i can't think of it. and it's bothering me. a lot. hahahaha
-something about stacks of books and records make me happy inside. not dvd's and cd's as much though; doesn't have that same effect. and the lighting is very appropriate for the environment, i feel.
-YO I TOTALLY KNOW HOW YOU FEEL. with the whole friend thing. it sucks. big balls. :( and samesies with the little friends.
-nothing wrong with more boots. :) esp if theyre kick ass.
-ps. i wear my rain boots a LOT here. b/c it's rainy and muddy a lot and i just trek fearlessly everywhere. and ALMOST EVERYONE HERE WEARS RAIN BOOTS. and a buttload of people have hunters! so i don't feel so awkward/standout-ish like in high school. hooray! but. someone did say that my yellow rainboots blinded them. sigh, kyle...

-my wall is getting crowded with things. i want it to look better. but my room is getting more "me" hahaha and i like it. :) what do you have up on yo' walls???
ps. i got a kick ASS backpack. it's ridiculous. and sick. when i say ridiculous, i mean it's my most colorful one yet. hahahah. but it's gorgeous. and i love it.
